About the role
Respond to inbound quote requests via WhatsApp, phone, and the website form.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the operations team on quote turnaround.
Maintain a consistent, professional follow-up cadence with prospective clients.
What we're looking for
- Strong written and spoken English + Hindi/Marathi
- Comfortable with CRM-style tools and WhatsApp Business
- Prior client-facing or sales experience preferred, not required
