Both. For occupied homes we phase work room-by-room so you're never without a livable space, and we handle masking, dust control, and daily clean-up as standard.

How is a quote calculated?

Quotes are based on a site visit - surface area, existing surface condition, materials selected, and any repair work needed. We don't quote sight-unseen over the phone for anything beyond a rough estimate.

How long does a typical project take?

A single room typically takes 2–4 days including prep and drying time; a full apartment repaint usually runs 1–3 weeks depending on size and finish complexity. Your quote will include a specific timeline.

Do I need to move furniture out before you start?

No - our team handles masking and furniture protection as part of the standard scope. For full-room decorative work, moving smaller items out does speed things up, but it isn't required.

What paint brands and materials do you use?

We work with premium, low-VOC interior paints and exterior/waterproof systems specified for the actual exposure conditions - details are confirmed with you at the quote stage, not substituted after the fact.

Do you offer any warranty on the work?

Yes - workmanship warranty terms are confirmed in writing as part of your quote, and vary slightly by service type (e.g. waterproofing systems carry a longer warranty than a standard interior repaint).
